Barbie and I went out to the Gainesville ~ Hawthorne trail this morning about 8am for our first ride. It started out good until we encountered a hill about 1.5 miles out and Barbie got lost in her gears. That really tuckered her out so we turned around and went back up on the flats so she could practice shifting and anticipating getting into the right gear before it's too late. All in all we had a good ride. We spun our wheels about 10 miles and rode for a little over an hour.
